Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Chicken Cooked and Diced (I roasted my chicken in the oven)
- 1 Box Chicken Flavored Stuffing
- 3 Tablespoons Butter; melted
- 1 Can Chicken Broth (I used Reduced fat/Low sodium)
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken (I used 98% Fat Free)
- 1 Cup Milk (I used 2%)

Directions:
1. Roast Chicken in the oven. Season with Salt, Pepper, McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning and a Little Drizzle of Olive Oil. Bake at 350 for about 25 mins or until juices run clear.

2. Dice Chicken and place in the bottom of a casserole dish.

3. Mix together Cream of Chicken with 1 cup of milk. Pour over diced chicken.


4. Mix together Butter, Chicken Broth, and Stuffing. Pour on top of Chicken & Cream of Chicken Soup mixture.

5. Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 mins to 1 hour! It will be Golden Brown and Bubbly.
