1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Dry Parsley

2 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Steak Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and Roll into Meatballs or Pat into burgers. This made 10 Meatballs and 4 Hamburgers.

If you want to use them for subs or Spaghetti & Meat Balls:
- Pan fry til both sides are broth about 3 mins per side. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 - 15 mins or until no longer pink in the middle. Cooking time may vary according to the size of you meat balls.

If you would like to make these and freeze them:
- Do as the above suggest. Let cool completely. Lay on a sheet tray put in the freezer until frozen. Then place them in a zip lock bag and put them in the freezer they last 6 months. Then when you need them put out what you need warm threw in the microwave or you can heat in the sauce of your choice.

This mixture is also a great hamburger mixture:
- Just mix and patty into hamburgers. Pan fry on both side til browned. Place on cookie sheet. Put in the oven 350 10 - 15 mins or until no longer pink in the middle. You can also allow these to cool. Freeze. Place in Zip-lock bags*Squeezing out air* and put in the Freezer. For easier pulling apart you can place wax paper between the burgers so they do not stick together! They can last in the freeze for 6 months.
