4.While crust is baking. Mix together eggs, corn syrup, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 tablespoons margarine, and vanilla in a bowl til smooth. Stir in pecans. Spread the filling evenly over the crust.

5.Bake 25 mins or until set.

***Tips. After baking I figured out that I had pressed my crust too far up the pan should have made it even hence pecan pie bars not pie lol. Also if you are not sure if it is done. When you shake it you will have a little jiggle in the middle. Do not cook it til there is no jiggle or it will be too done. Also USE PARCHMENT PAPER. The recipe said to and well I ignored it and let me just say I am still cleaning the pan. It said to use a jelly roll pan I did not have one so if you do that would prolly be even better lol***

These were delicious. Take just like pecan pie. I halved the recipe because this recipe makes 36 bars and I did not need those laying around the house with me home all day lol. But this is the full recipe I have posted :)! You will enjoy these I promise. The best part to me was the crust you make! Its like shortbread and its was so buttery and good.
