Simple Low Fat Baked Mac & Cheese


Ingredients
- 8oz Box Macaroni (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup ICBINB(I can't believe it's not butter)
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Cups 2% or 1% Milk
- 3 Cups Low Fat Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
1. Boil Macaroni & Set aside.
2. Melt Butter in a sauce pan.

3. Stir in Flour and cook for 1 min.


4. Gradually Whisk in Milk until smooth.

5. Cook til Thick about 3-5 mins.

6. Turn of heat. Add 2 cups of Cheese & Melt.


7. Mix Macaroni & Cheese sauce. Put in Casserole dish. Put remaining 1 cup cheese on top. Bake for 15-25 mins on 350 until lightly browned on top.
